1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Soulever Foundation website at souleverfoundation.org, submitting a donation, completing any form, or opting into SMS communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or submit any forms.

Soulever Foundation, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 86-2664830) based in Tallahassee, Florida.

2. SMS Communications and A2P Messaging

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on any Soulever Foundation form, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Soulever Foundation, Inc. at the phone number you provided.

To stop receiving SMS messages at any time: Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message and will be removed from our SMS list immediately.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Soulever Foundation is not responsible for any charges your carrier may apply for SMS messages received.

SMS consent is not a condition of donation. You may donate, submit a prayer request, volunteer, or participate in any Foundation program without providing your phone number or consenting to SMS communications.

Consent records: We maintain records of SMS consent including the date, time, source form, and consent language presented at the time of opt-in, as required by applicable carrier and regulatory requirements.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, US Cellular, and other major carriers.

3. Donations

All donations made through the Soulever Foundation website are processed through Zeffy, a secure third-party platform. By completing a donation, you agree to Zeffy's terms of service in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

Donations to Soulever Foundation, Inc. are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. A tax receipt will be provided automatically upon completion of your gift.

All donations are final. If you believe an error occurred in processing your donation, please contact us within 30 days at donations@souleverfoundation.org.

4. Prayer Wall and Form Submissions

Prayers and prayer requests submitted through the Soulever Foundation website are received by our leadership team. Submissions marked as private will not be shared publicly. Submissions not marked as private may be approved for display on the Community Prayer Wall at the discretion of Foundation leadership.

By submitting a prayer or prayer request, you grant Soulever Foundation permission to share your submission on the public prayer wall if not marked private, and to respond to your request by email if an email address is provided.

We reserve the right to decline to post any submission that contains inappropriate, harmful, or off-mission content.

5. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Any information you provide is used solely to process your donation, respond to your prayer request, deliver communications you have consented to, and fulfill our mission.

6. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes and to support the mission of Soulever Foundation, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
