Rocket to Rattler preserves more than scholarship recipients. The historical archive is the Rocket to Rattler Legacy Roll Call, and an alum may belong in it whether or not they ever received the scholarship. The road existed before the scholarship. The Legacy Roll Call preserves the road.
The Rocket to Rattler Legacy Roll Call preserves the real history of the road: Miami Central Band years, FAMU years marched, leadership roles, honors, and the careers that followed. Years can be non-contiguous (for example, 1994–1995; 1999) and the archive is built to reflect that accurately, not flatten it into a simple first-year/last-year record.
Historical claims are verified by an authoritative source such as a band director or school/university record when available, or by three independent community confirmations from people with firsthand knowledge and a matching participation window. Submitters do not pick their own verifiers; Soulever's system matches them by actual overlapping years.
